I have no idea, but I've been thinking the same... If it is a way to tell just by looking at a girl. So I'll start; I have a large mouth and quite full lips, and my inner labia are very meaty. I also have large breasts. My zodiac sign is Capricorn. I've had meaty lips as long as I can remember, but I didn't realize how much fun they were until some years ago... Hi, I dont think there is a connection with facial features or anything else on the body. I have small breasts, am really really slim (50 kg), 1 m 69 cm tall, I do not have exceptionally big lips, nose or eyes. but I do have meaty lips down there. my hands are normal sized and my feet are a european 38. I am a virgo when it comes to the zodiac sign (but I really dont think that would have any significance at all).
