I have always felt very embarrassed about my labia lips. One of them is much larger than the other. should I get some plastic surgery or is there another way because I feel that men do not know what to make of it .

The ideal thing would be to get the shorter one to grow to the same size as the larger one. However, the smaller it is, the more difficult to enlarge it. Some women have practically no inner labia tissue whatsoever, which means there is no place to either attach labia weights to stretch them or pumping gear to pump them up. But if you think your smallest lip has enough size then I would try such techniques first. Surgery is radical and has a potential for negative side effects like loss of sensation and scarring. Do it only in case you absolutely can't live feeling 'unsymmetrical'.
