My labia are meaty, and they are wrinkley, and they are uneven like hell
I constantly have trouble wearing any kind of panties, they dig into the meaty mass of ugliness and pinch and cut them, and it hurts.

I dont find anything about my labia remotely appealing, they are not a part of who i am, they just dont feel right on me.

I was wondering what is your opinion and stance on women getting the surgery for reasons OTHER than appearance? I have a history of anxiety and depression, and I will never let any man down there while this abomination lies there.

My opinion is that only the woman in question knows the seriousness of her discomfort or pain. If the pain is unbearable then I can agree with surgery as an option, but only if all other options have been considered. I mean, are there really no panties you can wear without hurting you? Also, if the reason to opt for surgery is more psychological than physical I don't think it's the right thing to do. People who are suffering from anxiety or depression usually don't benefit much if anything at all from changing the appearance of some part of their body they don't like. Maybe you already have done so, but if not I would first see a capable psychiatrist before consulting a plastic surgeon.

It is also worth noting that what you consider your "meaty mass of ugliness" someone else may see as your "meaty mass of sexiness."

Hi there,

if you struggle with physical discomfort, and it's really unbearable, then I wouldn't counsel you on how to deal with the question of surgery. However, please be aware that many many men find your naturally abundant labia very beautiful, lush and exciting.
I, personally, don't know any men who have a preference for cosmetically adjusted vaginas. I would be unable to have an adequate sex life with a surgically altered woman. Please be absolutely sure of your reasons if you decide to go ahead with surgery. Your vagina is NOT a meaty mass of ugliness. This perception could have a lot more to do with current fashionable, and stupid, trends. Your large labia make a gorgeous flower of womanly sexuality. Really. I'm getting hot just thinking of it!

Hi there. Your labia sounds like mine and I completely understand what you're talking about. I hated my labia, thought I was a freak and that no man would ever find my labia appealing. I was so afraid of letting a man see them that I've been celibate for 14 years. I discovered this website and then another one (lusciouslabia.ning.com) and have found that I'm completely normal. I have found that there are plenty of men who not only would accept my large labia, but would prefer them!!

I understand about the unevenness as well as the discomfort of panties. I don't try to wear thongs or butt-floss panties. They just don't work. I wear the full crotch panties and don't wear tight pants. Once I made those changes, my labia didn't hurt because of clothes anymore. And, just like my breasts, my labia are uneven as well. The right lip is probably twice the size of the left one. And you know what? That's fine. That makes me an individual. Not some cookie-cutter mold.

It is really up to you but keep in mind that a lot of men only want long labia. They are so beautiful and fun to suck on. My girlfriend wanted to get the surgery also. Whilst the choice rests with you, please think about that again. I always believe that the best place to hide precious diamonds in this world is behind "ugly looking" places. Trust me l know that. Hi. There has been a lot said above already. Have you tried loose fitting French nickers? or if you are not trimmed shave the outer side of your lips and legs and apply moisturiser liberally 3 times a day or every time you go to the loo so no chaffing occurs. I am sure you could get arround this before trying the Knife because God I am sure your pussy is as Sexy as all get up.
