Ok so.. what exactly is considered a big clit??? I would have to consider mine big (although it doesnt stand erect when aroused like a couple ive seen on porn websites of women who are famous for having big clits)... I never had a high opinion of Dr. Alter and his (mal)practice of minifying women's inner labia and clit hoods. But now that I know he actually suggested to cut up your clit, I have nothing but utter contempt for him. What a sick bastard. That's similar to someone cutting and scraping into the knob of my dick!

I believe a lot of these plastic surgeons are people with some form of narcissistic, near-psychopathic personality disorder and Dr. Alter is no different. I would think he is manipulative, has no conscience and lacks any form of compassion towards his victims (aka patients). Using his superficial charm he instills trust in the woman and then lures her onto the butcher table where he can freely hack away at her vagina. After cashing in her five-thousand dollar check that is.

Mind you, I have nothing against the exorbitantly high price of labia and clitoral surgery; this probably prevents many women from going through with it. But I do have something against repugnant individuals like Mr. Alter and his ilk who, despite being medical doctors who swore in their Oath of Hippocrates to ethically practice medicine, care more about their own financial interest and their disturbing need to cut and scrape at the genitals of overly self-conscious women. Thank goodness you never let the bastard have his way with you!

And now about the big clit question. In my view a clit is big when its shaft (the harder part beneath the hood) feels about as thick and long as the tip of a woman's finger. Like Brazilian pornstar Nikki Rio for instance. (Imagine how that Dr. Alter cretin would love to chop up her clit!)

Ok yea, mines definately not that big! Oh and when you say $5,000, it's actually more like $12,000. And that was a couple of years ago when i was looking into it.. In 2001-2002, sometime around then, when i first starting looking into labiaplasty it was supposedly only like $4,000, so i can imagine its probably gone up in the last couple of years as well. Although that could also be because of his notoriety. Im sure he gets to charge a lot more now that he's on tv and what not... I think the fact that he suggested i get the length of my clitoris shortened and the head of my clitoris made smaller is what made me not go through with the surgery. He told me i would probably need that surgery as well as the labiaplasty in order to get "the look i was going for"... Although he tried to say it wouldnt, I dont think theres any way you could have your actual clitoris shortened and made smaller without it affecting sensation...... Just didnt make sense to me and it really helped in turning me off of the surgery... Then, luckily... i came across this website :) Which has also helped...

The question you ask is totally subjective and different for each person and can't actually be answered from a mere description. We're going to have to actually see the clitoris in question and probably have a discussion before we can give you an honest, well informed answer.

I don't see how anyone could look at Nikki Rio and think that her cunt and her lips and clit were anything but beautiful.
