I always thought:
Pink- never gave birth, when excited it engorges and turns red.

Red- gave birth, when excited it turns purple

I dont know for sure but i think its just a matter of genetics/nature. I've read a lot of posts from girls on here and several young girls have written on here about how theyre embarassed by the colors of their labia and its kept them from having sex. So i dont think its a matter of age or too much sex.

I think my inner lips got darker during puberty. Couldn't swear to it though. Definitely at 17 they were dark red and I was still a virgin. I think it's just to do with your general skin colouring. I have brown hair, olive (brown) skin and light green eyes.

It definitely seems to me that there are always some guys on this site trying to see if they can find out how sexually active a girl has been by checking out her genitals. How primitive! Way before the onset of puberty, my inner lips were already showing themselves and like I said, I was still a virgin when I turned 17! I have large labia and are they are dark, they weren't his dark before. I don't believe it has anything to do with how sexually active a girl is at all
