I'd urge you to think twice before going to have the surgery. As you've said you can see from this site how natural and sexy large lips are.  Remember that as you're getting used to the idea of having large lips, once you've got rid of them you may regret it forever, and you'll never be able to get them back.  For the men and women out there who love large lips - keep them! I'd be happy to put your mind at ease some more. just let me know :)

Don't send photos around, and don't get surgery.  The problem is psychological.  You've got to learn how to accept and respect yourself as you are.  If you don't know how to do that, no surgery will help you feel better.

Why do you feel you owe it to anyone to be anything other than what you are?  Some therapy would help.

Have you not taken the time to read ANY of the guest letters. You will be making a huge mistake. Stop being so uncomfotrable with yourself and you will orgasm. If you have them cut you will lose so much sensetivity, and believe me more women have large lips than you think. You are 21 yrs old, give yourself a little more time to think this through please.

I'm 45 and have generally had issues about my large labia for many years!!! However Its never stopped me enjoying sex (have always loved it!!) and has never stopped me from having boyfriends...long relationships...2 kids!!
What I have realised in my time is that men are never really bothered too much by what a pussy looks like, they are usually just happy to get some!! and are generally much more accepting of the differances that exsist it pussy shapes and sizes than perhaps girls are....funny that eh???  In fact guys can often love a meaty pair of lips - as you have probably learnt from this site or are still learning!!

Wow I am very surprised to see people actually answered me.  Thank you everyone for your encouraging words.  I could probably orgasm with a man who specifically had a large lip fetish but in reality not all men find it a turn on.  It's as if I would need to be told how much they like it before or during the deed in order to feel 100% comfortable.  I had this one night-stand not long ago with a professional hockey player and all he wanted to do was go down on me.  He literally tried for at least an hour and a half the whole time telling me how good I tasted and that not even being enough,  I just got really numb and had to stop.   Wow probably do need therapy.  Plus I forgot to mention I wear a lot of tight clothing and when in a bikini I feel like my camel toe is visibly prominent.  Tight jeans squish it the most resulting in painful discomfort and mild discharge from the friction.  I don't know what to say guys.  I sort of wish I could keep the sucker but I think deep down we know what's best for me,  both mentally and physically.

I'm only 18 years old and came across this site with the same discomforts you have. It's mainly about me being worried guys haven't seen long labia before. I have thought about getting surgery, but at the moment i've decided against it. My biggest turn on is having my labia touched and if they're tucked in they can't be touched anymore. You both should go and get your long lovely lips pierced, use them, celebrate them.  Make them a primary part of your sexuality.  They are a fabulously sexy part of your body.  Only men who are inexperienced, or uninformed, would not love to be with you.  Give it a try.  Show confidence in yourself and in your beautiful body.  The men who are not attracted by such a display are not worth attracting.  Give it a try before you spend the money to have those beautiful things clipped off.

You obviously would have breast surgery instead of wearing the correct bra size ?????   Which man as not had to make these ajustments, spend your money on bespoke clothes not the silly knife, you won't alway's follow fashion' and "gone" is for alway's

I request that you reconsider your decision to mutilate yourself from beautiful to boring.  I have viewed the before & after shots on many of these "surgeons" (opportunists) websites and am appalled at the outcomes (petals of labia reduced to ugly stubs of their former beauty).  Consider this, would Angelina  Jolie be as beautiful (and famous) if she had a lip reduction to make her lips thin?  Please read my post from January 2009 for additional perspective.  I hope my comments provide you with the strength and confidence to be proud of your body.
