Did your doctor suggest to u that there could be a connection between the moisture and the yeast infection?  Or is this just your theory? I am not a doctor, but from what I have read, other causes of yeast could be stress and the use of antibiotics.
Also, some women are more prone than others, to have this problem. On a lighter note, I must confess to being orally and sexually stimulated at the thought of those large lips of yours. I have never heard of labia contributing but even if they are somewhat there are lots of things you can do to offset it.  In addition to what people have mentioned here already, I would make a  couple suggestions ... taking a good probiotic to get/keep the 'good guys' in charge ... looking into a Candida controlling diet - which will include laying off of sugar (sorry) ... wearing cotton underwear ... not bathing with harsh, unnatural bathing products (especially bubble baths and Sodium Laurel Sulfate products).  Anyway, those are some of the things I have used/heard good things about!  Good luck!
